I am between 5'5-5'6 without heels and with 3-inch heels the skirt fit perfectly, but is also quite forgiving if you are slightly taller or shorter!
The dress has only been worn once and has been professionally dry cleaned. There are a few modest rips in the tulle at the bottom of the skirt, but they are not very noticeable.
