Stunning Marchesa wedding gown custom made and purchased in NYC from Mark Ingram Atelier for my wedding on July 7th. I wore it for my wedding as you see in the pictures but only from 4 pm until 11 pm, so the dress is in a fantastic form even without dry cleaning. It has no damages in any part of it.
I did not order the band around the waste as you see in the pictures so that is not part of the gown. I custom made a headpiece from the floral on the dress that I am selling as well as my long veil. In addition. I have a bag full of pieces of the dress in case you are interested to use the same fabric and floral for a custom veil or another headpiece.
I am a size 4 US – and here are my exact measurements:
- Bust: 35 inch (89 cm)
- Waste: 29 inch (74 cm)
- Hips: 35 inch (89 cm)
- Height: 5’ 10” (179 cm is my height) + 3” (10 cm) to get the dress to be floor height.
The dress has a built-in bustle at the back which works perfectly for when you want to dance in it or if you prefer to not have the back of it on the floor.
Here is how much I paid for it:
- Dress: $7200 + $750 alteration + tax
- Veil: $450 + tax
- Custom head piece: $800 + tax
I am happy to sell all three pieces for $5,500 or your best offer.

It costs me over $500 to do it but it is guaranteed to come back similar to a new gown. If you don’t want it to be drycleaned, I am happy to give you $500 discount to take it as is.
